5 years of Drowning

After five years of joyous drowning, the future of our Glasgow Spring Festival is now uncetrain... The problem lies in the council's letting policy which has changed since the last drowning. We are now required to have Public Liability Insurance for the value of 5 millions, which, as a group of enthusiasts, we simply cannot afford, nor it is easy to obtain for a one-off event. After some positive conversations over the phone followed by an email exchange, we're trying to arrange a meeting with Glasgow Life, who deal with the arts in the city.
