Musicians wanted for RENPA's event

Renfrewshire Polish Association has the pleasure to invite musicians and bands for Christmas Event on 7th of December at 2pm - 4pm in St Mirin`s Church Hall in Paisley. We are looking for the individuals and bands who would like to sing or play music during our event. If you are interested to show your talent, please, get in touch. Engaging Pictures exhibition, multilingual poetry and live music evening!

Migrant Voice would like to say thank you to John Cavanagh who is going to host the poetry session, Pawel Glowienka and Wilf James for the music, Anna Strzalkowska for a great poster (usual!), Tomek Emigrant for filming, Jim and Joanne from the Govanhill Baths Community Trust for a great co-operation, and all the people who are helping with mending the portraits to the walls, promoting the event, and so forth... Thank you a lot!

Parents at school

 
 
Gathered Together is looking for parents and carers from ethnic and cultural minority backgrounds - we want to hear about your experiences with dealing with school and to help overcome barriers to getting your voice heard in school.
Come along to our information/ training sessions and find out more about your rights as a parent and how you can get more involved in your child’s school.
Monday 11 November 12-2pm Garnethill Multicultural Centre, 2 1 Rose Street, Glasgow
Lunch and travel expenses will be provided

Proudly presenting migrants' contribution to Scotland

The grand opening tomorrow! :)

The exhibition will be also shown at the CCA from Friday the 18th to Sun 20th October 2013, 11am - 6pm, Intermedia Gallery, 350 Sauchiehall St, Glasgow G2 3JD

A free workshop: ‘communication and positive messaging around migration’ will take place Saturday October 19th from 2-4pm. All are welcome.

The Exhibition will tour to the Govanhill Baths, Edinburgh and Lothian Equalities Council and the Scottish Parliament. We will keep you updated!
